We at EBWPR are always looking for new and easy ways to improve our health (especially if it involves food!), so you can imagine our delight when Mindful Chef approached us for representation. Partnering two things we love – eating healthily and saving time – Mindful Chef are set to revolutionise our dinner times with their delicious, nutritious and easy-to-cook meals.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re working together and look forward to watching the lovely team make busy lives and dinner times a doddle. Aptly named, Mindful Chef are the pioneers of the mindful eating trend, a key term for health in 2016. This year it’s less about counting calories and more about considered, healthy and responsible dietary decisions.
Equally exciting is the launch of their new vegan Plant-Based box, just in time for those taking part in Veganuary. Available to buy from the 10th January, these boxes take the legwork out of being vegan, with their team of chefs devising easy to cook and interesting vegan meals that would be delicious for even the most hardened meat lover. Ideal for those who (like some in our team) have pledged to kick start a healthier way of living for 2016 but don’t have much time to shop for ingredients or plan meals, Mindful Chef is an easy way to boost skin, hair and energy levels this January.
